1. Room Booking Refund
Guests are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
2. Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
3. No-Show Policy
In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full booking amount may be non-refundable.
4. Banquet & Event Refund
Banquet hall and event bookings require advance confirmation. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timeline mentioned in the signed event agreement.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
6. Non-Refundable Offers
Certain promotional offers, discounted packages, or special event bookings may be marked as non-refundable at the time of reservation.
