1. Booking Policy
All bookings at Mithila Heritage Hotel are subject to availability. Guests must provide valid identification at the time of check-in.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before check-in. After that, one night's charge may apply.
4. Banquet & Event Booking
Banquet hall bookings require advance payment confirmation. Event cancellations may be subject to retention charges.
5. Restaurant Services
Outside food is not permitted inside the hotel premises. Restaurant timings and menu are subject to change.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for maintaining decorum and any damage caused to hotel property will be chargeable.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and ensure that personal data is handled securely and not shared with third parties without consent.
